Those Tennis Beauties

The Australian Open is getting exciting these days. It’s an all-European semis for both the Men and the Ladies. I wonder what their diet is. They seem to have tennis running in their veins.

I will not be talking about the Roger-Rafa match-up coz Novak and the unseeded Tsonga (who’s he?) might spoil their reunion. I will be focusing on the beautiful side of tennis; those long-legged beauties on the court. Perhaps the most recognizable face and figure today belong to Maria Sharapova. She displayed court power and finesse when she eliminated the world no. 1 Justine Henin.

But there is another glamour girl who barged into the semis. She’s none other than Daniela Hantuchova. She got her first recognition in 2002 when she landed at the top 8, and got the attention of sports and fashion photographers. Now at 24, she might be the oldest at her first Grand Slam semis, but she’s got power and that sweet face that can take the trophy and the limelight from the other players.

Consider me a fan. Go, Daniela!

Hantuchova is really pretty though Sharapova is still number one in my heart.
